1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Retreat Participation
The Varsha Retreat involves Compassionate Inquiry and emotional healing work. While facilitated by professionals:
- Not Medical Treatment: The retreat is not a substitute for psychiatric treatment or medical care.
- Participant Responsibility: You certify that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the retreat activities.
- Confidentiality: Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other attendees.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment must be completed 30 days prior to the retreat start date (March 21st, 2026). Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.
4. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful to others, without refund.
