We understand that life happens. However, due to the logistical arrangements with the hotel and facilitators, our refund policy is strictly enforced.
1. Cancellation by Participant
- More than 60 days before retreat:
100% refund of the amount paid, minus a $100 administrative fee. - 30 to 60 days before retreat:
50% refund of the total retreat cost. - Less than 30 days before retreat:
No refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
2. Cancellation by The Varsha Retreat
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to low enrollment, facilitator illness, or force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest), you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us.
Please note: We are not responsible for your flight tickets or other travel expenses. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
3. Transfer of Booking
You may transfer your booking to another person up to 14 days before the retreat start date, provided the new participant meets the retreat criteria and is approved by the organizers.
